There is no point 2 at instruction

Some important step was missed, because after clicking View more details on Azure Pipelines there is no Summary tab. @BruceForstall @jashook @alpencolt

I couldn't figure out the best area label to add to this issue. If you have write-permissions please help me learn by adding exactly one area label.
