WpfConnect #!dispatcher magic command enable/disable switch not working in WpfConnect sample #3154

The last block in the WpfConnect readme samples/connect-wpf/readme.ipynb returns error:

Error: Unrecognized command or argument 'true//This'.
Unrecognized command or argument 'should'.
Unrecognized command or argument 'work'.
