[BUG] Can't use OAuth U2M with Windows 

**Describe the bug**

> When you the OAuth to use U2M directly from VSCode (or from the WSL terminal) you get an error, since it cannot open the browser. There are a couple of tricks to overcome this but wondering if there is an easier/“official” way.
