This incorporates the #'NIL fix from Eclector, which should solve the PRINT.BACKQUOTE.RANDOM.14 intermittent problem. Also updates Ecclesia to have proper conditions, so now macro problems like (prog1) result in a proper error instead of junk. Maclina is unpinned because I'm running that show. The Alexandria fork is unpinned for the same reason. It's even with upstream now but I'm going to keep the fork just because the cl.net gitlab is sometimes unreliable.
