This removes the mindmeld-ui folder.
I created a new branch based on the last tag that was released (4.6.2), the branch is called 4.6.x
The new changes build on top of that, in order to create a 4.6.3 release.
The reason I did this is that there are already some unrelased changes in master, and pushing this code removal there would release those changes, which is not something we want.
