Problem
Heatmap focal-text contrast composites an rgba foreground against default light paper rather than against the focal cell beneath that text. The cell background is already correctly composed; check_file calls _parse_color(text["fill"]) without that background.
On current main, change only the shipped focal 47% label from #111111 to rgba(17,17,17,0.8). The public verifier falsely reports 3.93:1, below AA. Native Chromium reads that exact SVG fill and focal-cell fill; native Canvas painting of those colors over the page paper produces background RGB(237,129,83), foreground RGB(62,40,30), and contrast 5.15:1. This proof concerns full foreground/background composition, not antialiased edge-pixel contrast.
Opaque text and genuinely low-contrast translucent text remain controls. The issue is independent of the prior dark-cell underlay correction: it is the foreground compositing background.
Proposed scope
Composite the parsed focal text fill against the already-resolved focal-cell RGB before computing contrast; keep the 4.5 threshold and existing light/dark controls. Add public CLI positive translucent-text and negative weak-alpha cases, document the measurement. No palette change or accessibility relaxation.
