@mentions badge and counter missing

There was a plan and mockups to show @mentions in the channels I follow.

I've never seen any so I'm presuming that this isn't in place yet.

So you need to edit the title of the issue and postpone it until we have a
template that handles follow requests.

Please check templates for the BOSH client - there is a DIV that handled the follow request.

But we also need the HTTP API feature. Will add an issue there.
