This PR migrates
inversifyjstov7and considers the corresponding migration guide https://inversify.io/docs/7.x/guides/migrating-from-v6/. Also updates deps and appliesnpm audit fixto fix dep vulnerabilities. Bumps node engine ver to>=v22, and still works onv20with warning whennpm i(tested)TODO: for the future, there is a need to update inversifyjs to v8 to keep lib support, but not right now since v8 removed CommonJS
