Changes to be committed:
modified: bco_runner.py

Added functionalities for converted BCOs (both a single BCO and a directory of BCOs).

Currently has options for default conversion, and conversion using a mapping file.

helper functions have title function_name_HELPER

----Future changes----

Allow for a mix of default/mapping file conversion (currently is one or the other).

Add more error handling and output for user

Streamline logic/make things more effective

Add syntax for multiple changes to keys (i.e. if a key needs renamed, but then needs assigned a value).

Hushing output from validation functions when called by schema converter

Reorderig keys according to schema

Possibly allowing some command line conversion?
