Unable to reproduce the issue—it might be specific to your computer environment? I tested it on my own Windows machine (Win10 + i5 + 16GB RAM) and the file opened smoothly. My WPS version is 12.1.0.23542.

Try to open with Office Excel, seems no issue too.
As Both POI and Fesod do not aware the compatible between Excel and WPS, so might be this is not a good place to wait the answer.
And meanwhile, as no issue on other's WPS, you might try to reinstall your software~
