Constructors dont see their own terraform

Here they are building a rectangular spire for starlight and they don't see it:

Furthermore, the lights would indicate that the are is in los.

You can even build unit on top of it without seeing entire spire

At one point i was even able to build a starlight on top of it but coudlnt see the spire (less than 50% was visible).

Consider giving units los for heightmap changes they themselves caused.

I am unsure whether the engine can do this nicely, it may be worth doing at some point.
