Description
This PR removes the remaining code and documentation from the removed StoryShots feature for Storybook. It was introduced in #18031.
How has this been tested?
Ensure that Storybook operates as usual:
npm run storybook:devnpm run storybook:buildTypes of changes
Code cleanup.
