The multi-batch external merkle release line: ant-core 0.6.0, structured PARTIAL_UPLOAD errors, and the merkle_batches / winner_pool_hashes wire (all on main; additive — single-batch flows are byte-identical to 0.11.x). Proven live on a 25-node devnet: 2-batch 1.3 GiB upload + partial-payment retry, byte-verified downloads. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Version bump for the multi-batch release line (rc tags follow on main per convention:
v0.12.0-rc.1+ auto-taggedantd-go/v0.12.0-rc.1).Content already on main: ant-core 0.6.0 bump, structured PARTIAL_UPLOAD error, multi-batch external merkle wire API (REST + gRPC + proto), antd-go multi-batch client. Additive wire — single-batch clients are unaffected. Live devnet e2e passed (multi-batch pay/finalize, partial-payment error with exact counts, cross-type retry, sha256-verified GB downloads).
