Speed up the craft addon for shields

This does four things, all of which seem reasonable to me:

1. It lets you store materials in wardrobes. When I'm making Alchemy Set 90s (which use a weapon as a base), storing weapons in my wardrobes is great! However, it's superficially useful enough that I have to wonder "Why was this forbidden?"
2. Lowers the minimum delay from 17 seconds to 11 seconds (per Nifim's instructions)
3. Instead of failing immediately if your status is not 0 when it attempts to craft, use an item, etc. (after 11+ seconds), it just waits up to 8 seconds for your status to become 0. This lets people adapt for the fact that craft durations are variable
4. It warns if you have support set but are not near a support NPC, and it stops you from waiting an extra 2 seconds for every single synth when support is set.

I've used it myself in exactly this form for a morning of crafting and it seems to work. LMK!
