After this commit I had to change from `uplt.Locator` to `uplt.constructor.Locator`, to avoid a `AttributeError: module 'ultraplot' has no attribute 'Locator'` error.

After this commit I had to change from uplt.Locator to uplt.constructor.Locator, to avoid a AttributeError: module 'ultraplot' has no attribute 'Locator' error.
Is this the expected behaviour?
