Fix PPL Widget - geolocation, window types, i18n

PPL widget has several issues:

1. Hardcoded location - should use Browser Geolocation API or default to country center
2. Window type casting - problematic rename/cast of window object (BLOCKER)
3. Hardcoded language - should follow shop/user language settings

Correct approach is to use native window object without any assignment to new variable.
