Plasmids annotated with SeqImprove are not opening on SBOLCanvas in the context of the SynBioSuite workspace

This issue relates to reading incomplete SBOL documents. Namely, this happens if there are Components that have definitions that are referenced from SynBioHub. The error is specifically on line 411 of SBOLToMx.java.

The short-term fix is to make sure to check definitions before trying to deference them. The long-term fix is to fetch the missing objects from SynBioHub. This may require the user to login to SynBioHub to fetch these elements.

NOTE: if you cannot find the part in SBH, then you need to create a generic "No Glyph Assigned" part with very limited "Info".
