Improve rename script with Sylius mode and bug fixes#482

- Add --sylius flag for Sylius official plugin naming convention
(Sylius\{Name}Plugin instead of Acme\Sylius{Name}Plugin)
- Add --auto-detect flag to detect plugin name from directory name
- Fix config_key bug: was including "_plugin" suffix, now correctly
generates "acme_search" instead of "acme_search_plugin"

- COMPANY, SYLIUS=1, DESCRIPTION, FEATURE env vars for CI/automation - Auto-detect feature name from directory (e.g., SearchPlugin → Search) - Remove --auto-detect flag (now default behavior)
