Bridges EVA's Twilio-media-stream user simulator to a real LiveKit voice agent: spins up a room per scenario, dispatches the agent, proxies 24 kHz audio both ways, and captures the agent's transcriptions into EVA's audit log. Conforms to the AbstractAssistantServer contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
The livekit assistant server needs the livekit/livekit-api SDKs and the chariot tool stubs (loaded by EVA's ToolExecutor via tool_module_path).
