Reduces exposure to CVEs. **Testing** `$ make build` ``` docker run --rm -it seldonio/mlserver:1.5.0.dev1 pip list | grep cryptography ``` Looks like the cryptography package isn't there? It does have other packages, as expected: ``` $ docker run --rm -it seldonio/mlserver:1.5.0.dev1 pip list | grep huggingface huggingface-hub 0.21.3 mlserver-huggingface 1.5.0.dev1 ``` ``` $ docker run --rm -it seldonio/mlserver:1.5.0.dev1 pip list | grep catboost catboost 1.2.3 mlserver-catboost 1.5.0.dev1 ```

quick question: Can we update python version - 3.11.6?

Good question! That would require a bit more testing than a minor version bump like this was. Out of curiosity, outside of it being better to be on a later version, are there particular things missing since it's a 3.10 base?

yes, actually version incompatible with mlflow.pyfunc because in mlflow using 3.11.6

@ask664: No update, unfortunately. I've raised this with others.
You could try editing the Dockerfile [1] to bump it to 3.11.x and build an image in the meantime.
