The protocol shall be able to remove vaults from the config that are not to be processed by the orchestrator anymore (e.g. low TVL, inactive curator, decommissioned strategy...)
Admin driven Orion vault removal shall trigger internal orchestrator accounting update, internal accounting updated as if all pending curator fee and all vault balance fully redeemed. No actual redemption performed, up to vault owners and LPs with non-zero share token balance to trigger necessary transaction to get assets out of liquidity orchestrator (in the latter case at a fixed exchange rate given by the final vault state). To achieve this, vault removal shall enable synchronous redemption mechanism (still different from standard ERC4626, given underlying assets are in another contract).
