es-ES: fix grammar and add missing files

Grammar, spelling, and terminology improvements across the file:

• Fixed verb conjugations & gender agreement (many errors here)
• Standardized game terminology (paseo → atracción, etc...)
• Removed trailing spaces & formatting inconsistencies
• Improved clarity in ride descriptions & UI strings

All placeholder tags preserved. Non-breaking changes.
