barcodes is nothing to do and base_geolocalize has no db changes which we treat as an implicit nothing to do

• I changed my script to add the merged PR. so it is more explicit. (now hr is displayed) Is it better ?
• barcodes is a dependency : https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/19.0/addons/hr_attendance/__manifest__.py#L18. I don't know if it has nothing todo. I don't use hr_attendance module.
• base_geolocalize : has no db changes. Indeed.
