- fleet: rename hr.vehicle first_contract_date->contract_date_start (preserve data; analyzer reports it as DEL+NEW), load noupdate mail.activity.type. - gamification/maintenance/survey: load changed noupdate data. (account_edi_ubl_cii, contacts, base, uom, hr_expense dropped — now migrated upstream by OCA/OpenUpgrade OCA#5685/OCA#5681/OCA#5682/OCA#5675.)

with OCA/openupgradelib#452 merged, we can get rid of all copies of noupdate changes and use the transformation mechanism exclusively
