Summary

  • Document the website qBittorrent Speed Limit Client Settings on Plex, Jellyfin, and Emby.
  • Note that turtle rates are set in qBittorrent, Plex uses WAN sessions, and Jellyfin/Emby use playback webhooks (LAN skip when RemoteEndPoint is private).

Stacked with Notifiarr/notifiarr#1355 and Notifiarr/website-source (nightly PR).

Test plan

  • Read Plex, Jellyfin, and Emby Client Settings sections for accuracy against the website UI.
  • Confirm Download Apps note on the client Web UI page points users at the website toggle.

Enable it on the website Client Settings after alternative limits are set in qBittorrent. Plex uses WAN sessions; Jellyfin uses playback webhooks.
