📋 Description
Pilot the DUM-based web log upload process with 1-2 PDS nodes in production. Work directly with node personnel to complete onboarding and validate the full pipeline.
- Select 1-2 volunteer nodes for pilot (coordinate with node POCs)
- Provide node operators with setup instructions and credentials
- Support nodes through DUM installation and configuration
- Monitor uploads and verify logs are ingested correctly into OpenSearch
- Collect feedback and resolve any issues before broader rollout
