Reviewer's guide (collapsed on small PRs)

Reviewer's Guide

Converts the list of Rust experimental features in the README and crate-level docs to render the feature names as inline code links instead of plain code with separate tracking-issue links, fixing Markdown/Doc rendering.

File-Level Changes

Change Details Files
Adjust Markdown and rustdoc formatting for the experimental feature list so the feature attributes themselves become clickable links to their tracking issues.
  • Wrap each feature attribute in backticks within link text to render as inline code links.
  • Move the tracking-issue URLs from separate parenthesized links to be the direct hrefs of the feature-name links.
  • Apply the same formatting change consistently in README.md and crate-level documentation comments in src/lib.rs.
