Hello,
The code in this repository is released under Apache 2.0. The pretrained weights (denoising_unet.pth, reference_unet.pth, pose_guider.pth and motion_module.pth) carry no licence text of their own, and the README describes the project as intended for academic research.
We would like to use the weights commercially, in our own marketing and in a service offered to other companies. Please answer the following:
Are the pretrained weights released under Apache 2.0? Yes or no.
If not, under which licence are they released?
Is commercial use of the weights permitted? Yes or no.
The weights were initialised from sd-image-variations and the AnimateDiff motion module. Do the licences of those models still apply to your weights, and if so, which ones?
Thank you.
