Publish the SDK with the SSE support

This consumed changeset versions private/internal packages but omits @moonshot-ai/kimi-code-sdk, even though the SSE MCP change is part of the SDK surface: packages/node-sdk/src/types.ts re-exports KimiConfig, and packages/node-sdk/tsdown.config.ts bundles @moonshot-ai/agent-core, where the new transport: 'sse' config/runtime lives. After this release, CLI users get SSE support, but SDK users installing the latest published SDK remain on 0.9.3 and still cannot load an SSE MCP config; please include the SDK in the release before publishing.
