La Mascotera S.A.S. — IT Support Technician (intern) Assembled, maintained and upgraded computer equipment. Migrated the licensing system from Flexxus to Dux Software, cutting licence costs by 60%. Set up the LAN with TP-Link switches and ran hardware/software audits.
Learning Point English Institute — Data Analyst Analysed and visualised academic data for management decisions. Replaced Excel spreadsheets with an automated enrolment system and built the key indicators for administrative reports.
