JPEG image not loading with cairo 1.8.x #99

At some point we dropped the cairo version check when using image_surface.set_mime_data() for JPEG images. Since the whole image loading process is in a big try/except block this is not fatal: JPEG images just fail to load on cairo 1.8.x
