Codex: Show cloned solids as bodies in the artifact graph

Materializes body artifacts for cloned solids, including pattern copies and composite solids, so they appear in the Bodies list. Preserves topology and face tags while keeping artifact snapshots compact. Needed for #12421 and #12420.
