Register a new release

#46 fixed an issue that prevents dependents of this package from being registered, but a new release needs to be made for us to use it. Please register a new release.

Bump @autozimu ? We have two or three packages waiting for PythonPlot and the compat entry of Colors.jl including 0.13, so it would be nice to have that as a new small version.
