I have made a recipe but it fails because the dependency Jill is not in conda-forge. Could add it?

conda-forge/staged-recipes#25097 has been merged. maybe document conda install julialang::pyjuliacall in addition to pip?

or maybe not unless the conda version is updated regularly:

The conda-forge version appears to be updated regularly - it's on the latest version. I have added it to the docs.
