threading and then plot crashes

Lately (Julia 1.12, perhaps) I have crashes in the following scenario:

1. threaded calculations
2. ...then plotting the results
3. the crash happens after running the script a few times

Known? Or should I create a small example.

Using Python in conjunction with multithreading is problematic … this might have gotten worse in 1.12 now that there is a separate interactive thread.

Have you tried using PythonPlot.jl, which uses PythonCall.jl instead?

Thanks. Yes, I'll do PythonPlot from now on. So far, most things except axins work nicely.
