Flixel CI error installing hxcpp from git

Flixel-UI's cpp CI test started failing today.

Installing hxcpp from https://github.com/HaxeFoundation/hxcpp
Library hxcpp current version is now git

I can't find anything wrong with Compiler.hx#L697 and it looks 3 months old. Oddly, only the haxe 4.2.5 test is failing, but it's failing consistently

The problem is the use of local static, which is a haxe 4.3 feature. It should be fixed as hxcpp should provide backwards compatibility.

Looks like the unit tests only use 4.3.7, what's the minimum supported haxe version?

FWIW flixel will be dropping 4.2 support in the next major release. I seem to be the only person bringing up 4.2 compatibility issues on libraries, lately

For the runtime at least, it should still work with Haxe 3.4.7. The build tool should really be consistent with that too but probably does not get tested as much since most users just use the haxelib build of hxcpp.

We should probably add some basic CI checks for older Haxe versions that are considered supported, though it probably wouldn't be worth running the entire hxcpp CI for multiple versions.

It honestly sounds like a nightmare to check multiple minor versions of haxe 4 every time, if it were me I'd test the min and if there's a specific bug in 4.2 but not 3.4.7 or 4.3.7, wait until someone creates an issue about it. But I'm not in charge
