Summary:

  • Adds a docs-as-code organization system map for HawkinsOperations.
  • Adds Mermaid diagrams for repo ownership, truth-surface flow, detection proof ladder, public claim gate, control reality, and reviewer navigation.
  • Adds small discoverability links from profile README and START_HERE.

Claim boundary:

  • Does not promote HO-DET-001 beyond TEST_VALIDATED_SYNTHETIC_SCOPE.
  • Does not convert private controlled lab runtime evidence into public-safe proof.
  • Does not claim production, fleet-wide, Cribl-routed, Wazuh-routed, public runtime-active, public signal-observed, evidence-linked public proof, or public-safe status.
  • Website/repo/wiki presentation remains rendering/routing only, not proof.

Validation:

  • git diff --check passed, except any existing line-ending warnings if present.
  • Mermaid fences verified.
  • Unsafe-pattern scan found blocked terms only in explicit warning/blocked contexts.

Notes:

  • START_HERE.md had a pre-existing uncommitted walkthrough link before this task; this PR preserves it and adds the system-map link/warning context only.

Superseded by #12, which recreated the org system map from current origin/main with updated HO-DET-001 validation enforcement context. Closing this stale/conflicting PR to avoid duplicate reviewer-routing surfaces.
