Installing Deli is simple:

Install the latest version of BepInEx
- Download the x64 version from here and extract it to the game directory.
- More detailed info can be found on BepInEx's official documentation
Download the latest release of Deli from the releases page
Extract the release and copy the contents of the zip file into the root of your game folder.

Upgrading from v0.2 to v0.3:

Before installing v0.3, you should remove the BepInEx/plugins/Deli/ and BepInEx/patchers/Deli/ folders. Proceed like usual afterward.

Upgrading from v0.1 to v0.2:

Before installing v0.2, please manually remove the BepInEx/plugins/Deli/ folder. After you have done this you can continue with installation as normal.
