Remove the codecov/codecov-action step from the Coverage job. This repo already uploads coverage to Datadog via DataDog/coverage-upload-github-action. Environment: Datadog workspace Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

This repo already uploads coverage to Datadog. Remove the redundant CodeCov upload.
