Support mouse wheel scrolling as a trigger for custom shortcuts

Currently, Mos allows users to bind custom shortcuts using keyboard modifiers and keys, but it does not support using the mouse wheel scroll up/down as a trigger.

Proposed Solution | 期望方案

I would love to be able to map mouse scrolling combined with modifier keys to specific keyboard actions. For example,

• Trigger: Control + Scroll Up --> Action: Control + Left Arrow
• Trigger: Control + Scroll Down --> Action: Control + Right Arrow

This would greatly enhance productivity, allowing switching spaces directly from the mouse.
