Cannot scroll with Mos in Nimble Commander

I'm using Nimble Commander instead of Finder, when Mos is enabled, i cannot scroll in NC, Nimble Commander supports horizontal scroll.

Expected Behavior | 期望结果

I have my settings in Mos that does smooth and reverse scrolling for me, i want to apply that for Nimble Commander.

Actual Behavior | 实际结果

Mos doesn't apply its rule for Nimble Commander resulting cannot scroll.
