Add socketdev/action firewall-free mode to push.yml, mirroring BitGoJS. Installs are wrapped with sfw so known-malicious packages are blocked at install time, complementing the existing 7-day cooldown check. Controlled via repo variable SOCKET_DEV_FIREWALL_MODE: disabled/monitor/block (default: block). Ticket: INF-2259
