RowanMolecularModelingAgent

MCP adapter for Rowan-style cloud molecular modeling: conformers, pKa, docking, analogue docking, cofolding, and medicinal chemistry calculation provenance.

This BioRouter extension is distributed as a BRXT bundle and licensed under Apache-2.0. Use it for cloud calculation metadata, structure/result retrieval, and safe planning around medchem modeling workflows.

HTTP mutation methods are blocked unless the caller supplies allow_mutation=true after explicit user approval. Local command execution is disabled by default because the allowlist is empty; if commands are added later, run_rowanmolecularmodelingagent_command still requires allow_execute=true.
