Remote Control Agent Setup (Codex in Claude Code w/ CLIProxyAPI and Remote Control w/ T3 Code over HTTPS w/ Cloudflare Tunnel + Cloudflare Access)

Browsers connect through Cloudflare Access. The mobile app pairs over a trusted LAN or VPN with T3_BIND=all; see SETUP.md.
The example T3 settings enable the native codex provider. For normal Codex
models in T3 Code, quit the ChatGPT desktop app first: T3 owns the Codex
app-server processes, and the desktop app conflicts with that ownership. If
ChatGPT is still running, CodeLaunch warns and shows the graceful quit command
instead of quitting it for you:

can start its Web GPT service headlessly when enabled, but the Web GPT models
require the ChatGPT desktop app and are not a working provider inside T3
Code/CodeLaunch (they cannot make tool calls there). Keep
CODEX_WEB_GPT_MANAGED=0 for normal Codex models; see
SETUP.md.
