chore: release 0.2.30 (#115)

Cuts 0.2.30 for #112: the library now supplies Pydantic AI workspaces
instead of a file-operation protocol of its own.

Breaking, and worth reading before upgrading: BackendProtocol,
LocalBackend, CompositeBackend, RemoteSandbox, DaytonaSandbox,
ConsoleDeps and the sandboxd file/exec routes are gone, and the console
and workspaces extras need pydantic-ai-slim>=2.52.0. The changelog maps
each removed name to what replaces it. A sandboxd image from this
release is the first that serves /run, which SandboxdWorkspace needs.

Version and changelog only. Verified on #112 before merge: 1313 tests at
100% coverage on Python 3.10 to 3.13, ruff, mypy, pyright, mkdocs
--strict, and the Docker conformance suites on a real daemon.
