Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
I’m starting this discussion to get help and guidance regarding student verification for the GitHub Student Developer Pack.
I’m currently facing an issue where my application is not being accepted, even though I’m using my official university email (66062@students.kiet.edu.pk). The system is showing an error stating that a school-issued email address is required.
I’m a student at KIET (Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology), and this email is officially provided by my institution. I’m unsure why it’s not being recognized.
If anyone has faced a similar issue or knows how to resolve this, I’d really appreciate your guidance. Also, if manual verification is the better route, please let me know what documents work best and how to ensure approval.
