Yo @Hedgemonkey — you did the right thing opening the ticket, but since it's a payment/entitlement issue caused by the system freeze, you can't fix it yourself. |

I am an existing Copilot Pro+ subscriber whose account was cut off on April 25 due to a transient payment issue (now resolved).
Because of the April 20 signup pause, I am blocked from re-activating my plan via the dashboard. I have an open ticket #4326355. I am a professional user currently facing a Work Stoppage. I require a Manual Entitlement Reset to restore my Pro+ seat. Can a moderator please escalate this ticket?
