Yo @thoiruddin — looking at that receipt, you actually are signed up for Copilot Pro+. It's right there in the line items. |

I'm having this issue they took payment successfully on the 20th and all requests have failed with copilot saying I have used my usage (literally one hour after they took payment) |

Hi, I would like to know why my plan is not active, and why you are only charging me for Copilot Usage instead of Copilot Pro+ after I added my credit card.
In my invoice, my plan still shows as active and I am still listed under Copilot Pro+, but I am only being charged for Copilot Usage. I also read on the GitHub discussion platform about how to make a manual payment, but there is no “Make Payment” button. Previously, the payment could not be made because I was using a debit card through PayPal, but I have already switched to a credit card.
After switching, it still only charges me for Copilot Usage, not the Copilot Pro+ plan. I have already submitted a ticket but have not received any response from support and why it taking so long to respond to the ticket?
