I've been in a similar spot, and here's what actually worked: Go straight to https://support.github.com and open a support ticket. Choose the billing/licensing category and explain the situation — that your Enterprise licenses expire next month, and you can't renew because of the partnership model change. Be specific about the org name, number of seats, and the expiration date so they can route it more quickly. You can also try the sales contact form at https://github.com/enterprise/contact, which might connect you more directly with someone who handles renewals. Just a heads-up: in my experience, they're not fast. It took several days to get a response, so don't wait for this. Please file the ticket today, and if you had an assigned sales rep or account manager from the original purchase, please reach out to them in parallel. Check your old emails from when you first bought the licenses — there's usually a name in there somewhere. Given that your expiration is next month, I'd also mark the ticket as "urgent" and explain that there's a business continuity risk for your customer. That sometimes helps with prioritization. Hello,
Last year, we purchased 20 GitHub Enterprise licenses to support our customer.
Later, we received an email from GitHub Support informing us that the partnership model had changed and that they were unfortunately no longer eligible to support us.
At this moment, we have still not been able to find a way to renew the licenses, while they are set to expire next month. We urgently need to renew them so that our customer can continue using the licenses without interruption.
Could you please advise us on the fastest way to renew these licenses?
