Github mobile incompete UX in PR creation proccess

I recently created a quick PR using GH mobile, and found that:

1. There is no way to set branch name when you "Edit" file
2. body of PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md is not pre-populated in PR body during creation
3. There is no way to create draft PR

I'm using GitHub mobile 1.195.0 from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.github.android
